Subjective:

The patient is a 32 y.o.female who presented to our office complaining of a hard knot under her tongue.

Objective:

Medical history was negative. Oral examination revealed the patient to have a hard white-yellow ovoid mass in the floor of the mouth associated with the left sublingual fold and submandibular caruncle.

Assessment:

  1. Left Submandibular Gland Stone (Sialolith)
