Subjective:

The patient is a 11 y.o. male who presented complaining of swelling of his maxilla.

Objective:

Medical history was negative. Oral examination revealed expansion of the right maxillary buccal and palate cortical plates in the region of teeth # 4-7. Aspiration of the mass was negative. Radiographic examination showed destruction of the maxilla with a radiolucent lesion and displacement of tooth # 6 (right maxillary canine). Facial swelling was noted.
